These Terms of Service govern your use of Handiplats, a service operated by Kristoffer Jälén AB, a company registered in Sweden. “Handiplats” refers to the Handiplats application and service operated by Kristoffer Jälén AB. By accessing and using Handiplats, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Handiplats is a community-driven platform that helps users find, use, and contribute information about accessible parking places. The service combines user-contributed data with moderation and curation to improve accessibility and usability for people who rely on accessible parking.
To contribute parking places or interact with community features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
When you submit or contribute content to Handiplats, including but not limited to parking place locations, descriptions, photos, votes, comments, or reports ("User Contributions"), you grant Handiplats a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable right to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display such content in connection with the service.
User Contributions become part of the Handiplats database and may be combined with contributions from other users. You acknowledge that you will not retain ownership or control over how User Contributions are used within the service.
You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
Handiplats may offer subscription-based access to certain features or regions of the service. Subscription terms, pricing, and free trials are presented through the App Store and managed by Apple. Eligibility for free trials and billing are determined by Apple, and subscriptions may be cancelled at any time through your App Store account settings.
Parking place information is contributed by users and may not always be accurate, complete, or up to date. Handiplats does not guarantee the availability, legality, or suitability of any parking place. Users are responsible for verifying parking rules, signage, and local regulations at the location.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handiplats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to your use of the service or reliance on user-contributed information.
Handiplats may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time. Handiplats may also transfer, assign, or sell the service, including its data, content, and user contributions, to another company or entity as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
